摘要

In this research, the behaviour of two inter-connected two-phase flows has been studied. The experiments were conducted on a vertical test section consisting of two identical square channels interconnected by a metre long lateral slot. For the same liquid phase mass flux (3100 kg m−2 s−1) in both channels at the beginning of the intercon-nection but different void fractions, the variations of the key parameters: pressures, void fractions, and liquid gas flow rates in the channels have been determined along the interconnection.
