Abstract

This work deals with the problem on describing the relation between a heat flux and a temperature at the boundary between a solid and a moving liquid in cases when the ordinary concept of the heat transfer coefficient becomes inapplicable. The differential equality relating linear combinations of arbitrary temperatures and a heat flux in the flow direction is constructed. It more precisely describes a heat trans fer process, the heat transfer coefficient appearing at a zero order of differential expressions. The differential equalities are being studied from the point of view of their application as boundary conditions for solving different problems in a solid.
