Abstract

Some limiting laws of friction and heat transfer in the turbulent boundary layer with the disappearing viscosity on the permeable plate are discussed. The critical parameters determining the break away of the boundary layer from the surface are calculated. The distribution of velocities at the point of the break away is presented. The method for the transition to the finite Reynolds Numbers is indicated. The results of the experiments on estimating parameters at the point of break away are offered. An example of the possibility to extend this theory to the 2-phase flows, e.g. to the deduction of formula for the critical heat flow at extremely high velocities of the fluid flow is given.
