Abstract

An algorithm of the first level computer-aided designing of gas turbine blade cooling system is described in given work. Its main purpose is the choice of a rational cooling system. The universal blade model is offered for the decision of a given problem, which with an attribute set permits to receive majority cases met in practice. A Monte Carlo method ( LP-search ) is used for construction of algorithm searching for an optimum turbine blade cooling system. This algorithm is constructed on the basis of generalised mathematical model of a cooling system and vector quality criterion. The generalised mathematical model of a cooled blade includes: functional geometrical parameter restrictions ensuring requirements of technology; a technique to value a target functions (criteria of quality) describing main requirements of gas-dynamics and strength, a technique to search a rational cooling system satisfying the given requirements in the heaviest degree. Two criteria of quality are used as target functions, one takes into account a degree of the coordination of given (from conditions of strength) and sold (during search) blade temperature fields, and other criterion of quality represents the relative charge of cooling air. The offered method to search rational cooling system of gas turbine blades permits to choose near to optimum variants of cooled blade and enable the designer to considerably reduce process of blade designing.
