Abstract

For the purpose of studying modified heat exchange surface characteristics' effect on microbial fouling, firstly we prepared several surface simples by the way of electroless Ni - P on copper, by changing main salt concentration, lactic acid concentration and glycocoll content, we gained different morphology, surface energy and plating speed simples. Afterwards in microbial fouling adhesion and corrosion experiment, the simple weight loss was measured and obtained an optimal baths ratio which made simple microbial corrosion weight loss minimum. Consequently, the relationship between sample weight loss and surface energy were studied and the results showed that the samples of low surface energy have small weight loss in microbial corrosion experiment correspondingly, which exhibit good corrosion resistance property in experiment.
