HEAT TRANSFER IN A FLAT CHANNEL WITH HIGH ASPECT RATIO AT A HEAT CARRIER FLOW WITH LOW-PRANDTL NUMBER
Abstract
Heat transfer in a flat channel with high aspect ratio was studied in the flow of helium-xenon mixture at low Prandtl number and in air. New data on the heat transfer coefficient in the flow of helium-xenon mixture are obtained; results of numerical simulation are compared with the experimental data and known empirical
dependences. It is shown that the known correlations for a tube can describe the heat transfer coefficient under the studied conditions.
