Sinopsis

Two phase systems are an important part of heat transfer research. If a system is penetrated by waves (radiation, sound, nuclear particles, etc.) the average value of concentration along the beam is registered. It is advantageous to measure the concentration field along the beam itself with the instrumentation outside the system, independent of field variations in other directions. Two such methods are proposed. The results of one of them are experimentally verified.
