Sinopsis

The film-cooling from two-staggered rows of holes was investigated in a Ludwieg tube wind tunnel. Heat transfer measurements were conducted on a constant temperature wall condition in both streamwise and spanwise directions. Film-cooling effectiveness and heat transfer coefficient were derived from measured data, and the details of heat transfer and wall temperature distribution in the near-injection region were also obtained. On the basis of measurements, the different heat transfer behavior of the jets from different rows are analyzed.
