RESEARCH ON THE CROSS-SCALE THERMAL CHARACTERISTICS PREDICTION METHOD OF INTEGRATED THERMAL PROTECTION MATERIALS FOR HYPERSONIC VEHICLE
Sinopsis
Ceramic matrix composites have inherent advantages in thermal protection performance and structural properties, but there also have many new features, such as multi-scale, non-linear and non-uniform. These new features present new challenges for aircraft structure design and evaluation in complex aerodynamic and aerodynamic heating environment. This paper established a new method for predicting the thermal performance of the continuous fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composites. According to the different fiber weaving methods and the different preparation process, the microscopic structural is modeled based on computer graphics. On the basis of this, the relationship between the mesoscopic heat transfer characteristics and the macroscopic heat transfer characteristics is studied based on the idea of the representative elementary volume (REV), and the thermal performance prediction ability of the new material is finally established. Finally, a typical example is given to validate the method.
