Résumé

This paper presents an analytical method on heat transfer by simultaneous convection and radiation at high or extremely high temperature. An analytical method developed here is based on the integral equation by iterative means, correcting the convective and conductive terms in energy equation, and it is demonstrated that the convergence of iterative solutions is facilitated as the radiation effect increases. Numerical calculations are performed on composite heat transfer by simultaneous radiation and convection in a fully developed laminar flow between parallel flat plates. Further the radiation slip in composite heat transfer without heat conduction is examined in some detail.
