Résumé

The lithium-ion battery is a type of secondary cells and composed of repeatedly stacked micro-scale plates that are the electrodes and the separators. Due to these micro-structural features, a lot of time is spent when detailed numerical model is applied to simulate the batteries. In order to solve this problem, in previous studies, numerical analysis has been carried out using Lumped Capacitance Model (LCM). However LCM has a limitation that it cannot appear the internal temperature distribution of the battery. Therefore, in this study, we developed simplified numerical analysis model using the equivalent properties. Prismatic-shaped l85.3Ah lithium-ion battery was simulated using this model and the results were compared with the previous and LCM data. Also using this model, several modules were simulated and significant factor that affect thermal management of module was suggested.
