要約

Unlike ordinary liquids having finite contact angle with heated surface, the contact angle of cryogenic liquids is equal zero. Therefore at the boiling cryogenic liquids on the heated surface there may be no unwetted cavities and the mechanism of boiling will differ from that of ordinary liquids. The model of active steam-generation sites is given. Influence of thermophysical properties of heated surface material on the stability of cavity action as an active site, on the density of sites and on the heat-transfer rate at boiling are verified theoretically and experimentally.
