要約

The principal results of experimental program of investigation of force, heat transfer and rate of exchange of liquid between the gas core and liquid film are considered within the framework of the annular-dispersed two-phase flow model. The analysis of the force interaction between the liquid film and tube wall and the liquid film and gas core are made on the basis of measurements of pressure drop, film flow rate ajid wave characteristics of the film surface in steam-water flow in vertical round tubes with D=13 and 8 mm in pressure range p=(3−10)·106 N/m2. The relationship between Nusselt and Reynolds criterions with linear scale of the film thickness generalizes the numerous experimental heat transfer data, the liquid film and tube wall in various types of film flows. The rate of deposition of drops on film surface and onset and rate of entrainment of liquid from film surface are determined in steam-water two-phase upflow in vertical round tubes.
