要約

Combined conjugated heat transfer from a gray gas in a black rectangular channel is considered. The model which is represented by two simultaneous nonlinear integro-partial differential equations is solved numerically. The effects of Peclet number, gas and wall conduction-radiation parameters and optical thickness upon gas and wall temperature distributions, and radiative and conductive fluxes at the wall are investigated systematically. It is found that optical thickness and wall conduction-radiation interactions have considerable effects on the wall temperature profile and the heat transfer characteristics of the gas.
