要約

Due to the inherent instability of solar radiation, in a desiccant heat pump system driven by solar thermal energy, the generating air temperature various with time, so it is important to investigate the dynamic response of moisture transport at transient condition. In this research, experimental measurements were conducted for both the stepwise changes of inlet temperature and humidity and cyclic adsorption-desorption operation at various cyclic times. The diffusivity used in FD model or mass transfer coefficient of the LDF model were determined from the stepwise adsorption-desorption experiments, and then employed in the cyclic operation experimental to study the applicability of different simulation model in the prediction of the moisture transportation of a real rotor. It is found that both the FD model and LDF model gave reasonable prediction compared to the experimental results due to the thin adsorbent thickness used.
