Resumo

Experimental and theoretical results of investigation beat transfer and temperature regime of the coolant at potassium boiling in a vapour-generating pipe are given. The results of the experiment show that the whole zone of vapour generation can be divided into four ranges of heat transfer, namely:
(1) Superheat range.
(2) Intensive heat transfer range.
(3) Transition range.
(4) Poor heat transfer range.
