HEAT AND MASS TRANSFER BETWEEN LIQUID AND A "SHARP" GAS JET PENETRATING IN LIQUID
Resumo
The paper concerns the investigation of beat and mass
transfer between gas and liquid when the gas jet is directed
normally to the liquid surface. A model of gas movement
in the liquid hole is suggested and experimental equations
for the calculation of its parameters are obtained. It is
demonstrated that the intensity of beat and mass transfer
is determined by the velocity of the reversed gas jet.
Equations for the calculation of heat and mass transfer for
the laminary flow of the reverse gas jet are presented.
