EXPERIMENTAL HEAT TRANSFER COEFFICIENTS DURING EXTERNAL CONDENSATION OF HALOGENATED REFRIGERANTS ON ENHANCED TUBES
Resumo
This work experimentally investigates the combined effect of extended surfaces and vapour velocity during condensation of pure refrigerant on the outside of a single horizontal enhanced tube. More than 240 experimental runs were carried out over a wide operative range with two different fluids and three different tubes. Also the first results of an experimental investigation on a transparent test section are reported to analyse the fluid dynamic mechanism of condensation on extended tubes under high vapour velocity.
