Аннотация

The heat transfer from a hot metall wall to sessile and impinging droplets has been studied with a thin-wall metod. The droplets were about 0.002m in diameter and velosity ranging between 0- 1.5 m/e. The experimental results for sessile droplets have been compared with theoretical estimations based upon the assumption that the drops obtain the fully-developed spheroudal state and with experimental dates for film pool-boiling heat transfer for water at atmosferic pressure. It appeared that with the applied experimental conditions impinging drop contacted with superheated surface and the main heat transfer took place during the contact. When the liquid temperature becomes equal to maximum liquid superheat the formation of a vapour layer under drop occures.
