Аннотация

Experimental results of film cooling effectiveness studies in a cylindric tube at tangential injection of a swirling secondary gas flow are presented. Air, argon and helium were used as a secondary gas flow. The influence of the relative mass gas injection rate, swirling angle of peripheral flow, as well as the main and peripheral flow density on the film cooling effectiveness has been studied. In addition, data has been obtained on swirling damping on a channel wall, as well as on the initial distance.
