Аннотация

The problem of the high heat fluxes removal in boiling on the heated surface under the natural and forced convection conditions is experimentally investigated. For natural convection, it is developed the method that provides the conditions of fast departure and carrying away of vapor structures from the heat transfer surface by using a system of circulation cells. It is shown that the application of different circulation devices makes available to achieve vapor suction from the heated surface and to increase the critical heat flux value by 12 times. Under the forced liquid movement, it is investigated the method of jet cooling characterized by a high velocity coolant flow nearby the heated surface and the vapor-liquid mixture suction from it. By using the devices with the alternating channels of two types, the removal of heat flux of more than 100 MW/m2 is achieved under subcooled water boiling.
