Аннотация

A single-phase Wilson heat transfer experimental investigation was carried out for three-dimensional enhanced tubes (1EHT-1, 1EHT-2, 4LB) using refrigerant R410A. Three enhanced tubes have the same inner tube diameter of 8.32mm and outer tube diameter of 9.52mm. The surface of two 1EHT tubes have a large number of longitudinal pits and ripple pattern. Depth and size of the pits of 1EHT-1 tube is more than that of 1EHT-2 tube. The 4LB tube has an array of square grooves on its surface. Different mass flow rate is studied on the water side while the mass flow rate of refrigerant side is kept constant. The outside heat transfer coefficient for each tube is calculated by Wilson plot method. The experimental conditions of the convection heat transfer are as follows: the flow stage of water outside the tube is highly turbulent, the saturation temperature of refrigerant is 311K and the mass flow rate on the water side ranges from 280 kg/m2s to 400 kg/m2s. The heat loss of experimental table is less than 3% by thermal equilibrium analysis, and the accuracy of experimental table is guaranteed. The results show the heat transfer enhancement ratios of 1EHT-1, 1EHT-2 and 4LB tubes are 1.92, 1.23 and 1.86, respectively. Hence, among the investigated tube, 1EHT-1 tube presents the best heat transfer performance, followed by the 4LB tube, and 1EHT-2 tube.
