Аннотация

A novel zeolite-water adsorption heat transformer system based on a direct-contact heat exchanger method has been proposed to generate high-temperature steam. In this study preheat process was introduced to enhance the high-temperature steam generation with composite zeolite-CaCl2 and water working pair. The system consists of two processes: generation with input water at an average of 72°C and regeneration with dry air at 130°C. Steam is generated at 220°C during generation process. Gross temperature lift reaches 126°C in this single stage adsorption heat transformer system. The Maximum temperature for steam generation keeps constant despite of the preheat process in advance. Mass of generated steam elevates with preheat process. Time ratio of effective steam generation to the whole process dramatically increases with a short preheat process. Both COP and SHP are improved with preheat process.
