Аннотация

The study of rubber wear at various temperatures was carried out using a custom-built high temperature wear testing system. Images and microstructure characteristic parameters of surface morphology of the rubber samples was obtained by a 3D measuring laser microscope, and the multifractal calculation was performed after converting the measured data to black-and-white binary images. The temperature dependent wear performance of rubber was comprehensively and quantitatively studied based on the data analysis of the macroscopic wear volume, multifractal spectrum and multivariate linear regression analysis. The results show that the wear volumes increase with the increase of the temperature, in addition, the relationship between wear rate and temperature can be described by a third power function; multifractal spectrum shows a tendency to expand downwards to the right.. Through multivariate linear regression analysis, kurtosis Rku has a greater impact on wear, with the maximum profile valley depth Rv and the maximum peak height Sp influence being secondary.
