摘要

Recently year, temperature control system of low running cost is required for living space, agricultural green house and so on. Therefore, the temperature control system using groundwater as a heat source was developed. This system was consisted of insulated side walls and heat exchanger panels fabricated using polyethylene tube at the roof and floor. However, since this tube was on the metal rods, it easily deformed by own weight. This deformation had a significant influence on heat and flow characteristics. In order to eliminate this deformation, the air-injection method was developed. In this method, heat and flow characteristics were improved than not air-injection method. The pitch length of bedding metal rods and the polyethylene tube width were affected the heat and flow characteristics. In our previous study, the optimum value of the pitch length was 8cm. However, the optimal tube width was not clear. In this research, we investigated the optimum tube width for 15, 20, 25, 30, 35cm. The flow rates of water were evaluated the constant flow rate and constant flow speed conditions. These conditions were 100mL/min and 80m/s, the constant flow rate condition at 20cm width, respectively. As a result, the optimum tube width was 25cm in every flow rate. The flow pattern for various tube widths were evaluated by two-dimensional numerical analysis.
