CALCULATION OF HEAT TRANSFER IN FURNACE CHAMBERS
Sinopsis
The design procedure of the integral heat transfer in combustion chambers is considered. It is based on the mathematical presentation of the approximate diagram of the processes in the furnace chamber. The equation system assumed involves heat transfer by radiation and convection and the selectivity of the radiation properties of the combustion products and the surrounding surfaces as well as other factors. The paper estimates the effect of the selectivity of the radiation properties of the medium and chamber surfaces on the resultant radiation flux. The possibility of the developed procedure application to calculation of the different furnaces is analysed.
