TECHNOLOGY OF CONTACTLESS MEASUREMENT OF THERMOPHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF PRODUCTS
Resumo
The linear version of the theory of the materials and articles thermal physical properties contactless measurements is outlined. With the help of the integral transformations method the solutions of boundary problems of actual thermal process simulation were obtained. The algorithms of the heat transfer parameters determination are made up. Two aspects of the problem of the temperature pattern remote measurement are considered: image correction and real temperature values calculation. The problem solution alternatives of the object contactless thermal disturbance realization are suggested. The complex of hardware and software for the contactless control over the thermophysical properties is described. Some amount of work on the meteorological provision of the measurements is carried out. The opportunities of the suggested theory application are considered.
