CONDENSING VAPOUR FLOW RESISTANCE THROUGH TUBES BUNDLE IN THE PRESENCE OF CONDENSATE ON TUBES
Abstract
The description of the heat transfer in the power station condensers depends strongly on the flow resistance coefficient in the bundle. In existing calculations, one adopts a constant value of this coefficient in the bundle. In this paper, we present analysis of the coefficient and introduce its dependence of the intensivity of condensate flow and the direction of flowing condensate. The calculated results for practical condensers with adopting such coefficients have also been presented. This leads to significant influences differencies in determination of the local condensation intension.
