CONVECTIVE HEAT TRANSFER IN NONLINEAR VISCOPLASTIC FLOW IN A PARALLEL PLANE CHANNEL WITH REGARD FOR ENERGY EQUATION
Abstract
Proceeding from the generalized rheological equation for nonlinear viscoplastic fluid, herein is presented an analytical investigation of a rheodynamically developed flow in a parallel plane channel. The problem on heat transfer with regard for viscous heating is solved. There are determined temperature fields and calculated heat transfer characteristics on channel sections such as initial and that of developed heat transfer. The dependence
of these characteristics on rheological parameters and on
dynamic factors is established.
