STUDY OF TURBULENT HEAT AND MASS EXCHANGE ON CHEMICALLY REACTING SURFACE WITH TANGENTIAL INJECTION OF INERT GASES INTO BOUNDARY LAYER.
Resumo
A theoretical study is made of the influence of the non-isothermality and penetrability of the wall on the intensity of turbulent heat and mass exchange in the presence of a screen. The experimental results are reported on the burn-down intensity of the graphite surface in the air flow in case of tangential injection of an inert gas (nitrogen, argon, helium). The experimental results are in close agreement with the theoretical dependences obtained for these conditions.
