TWO APPLICATIONS OF THERMAL NETWORK CORRECTION TECHNIQUES
Аннотация
Thermal model corrections present many difficulties, particularly with complex systems, because, for instance, of the interaction of the parameter values on the temperatures, and also because of the presence of noise in the measurements necessary for the correction. We present here the application of such a technique (Kalman filtering) both to steady state and transient problems. We shall use for this, the nodal analysis, which offers, to our opinion a rather efficient frame for the development of general, thermal network correction software packages. The first example concerns the identification of heat exchange coefficient on a fin in steady state, and the second leads to the determination, in the transient case, of the conductivity in a combined heat transfer (conduction and radiation with absorption).
